We are excited to let you know that we are launching a New Online Banking service, which includes a Banking App and members area with new simpler loan application forms.

New Online Banking Service

Many of our members had mentioned to us how useful our Online Banking service is, but it did need improvements. So we are happy to announce a brand new system will be launching at the end of the year.

We hope the new system will make it even easier for you to make the most of your money, with clearer displays of balances, making it easier to pay extra off your loan or withdraw savings, as well as simpler loan applications. All these improvements are no extra costs, and all part of our service to you.

You will need to register for the new service but don’t worry, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to register, and how to use the new service when it is ready for launch.

Banking App

You will be able to download an ESLCU banking App, so you can make withdrawals, pay extra towards your loan, and apply for a new or top-up loan all via the App. We will be updating this page with more information on how to download the App as we roll out the launch.

What do I need to do?

Please make sure we have your up-to-date contact information so we can keep you informed on the new improvements, and invite you to register for our new online banking service.

We will email you a link when it is your time to register, with instructions on what you need to do. We will also text you to let you know we have sent the email with the link to register.
Yes, while we move systems over you may need to call us on 03336 000690 to request a withdrawal, while we get everyone registered for online banking. All transfers will still be processed the same working day, normally within 2 working hours of your request being received.
If you are on our regular payment system only, you do not need to register. We hope there will be no disruption to service, however, payments may be a few hours later than normal. We will let you know if this is the case.
