Engage is our provider of a VISA debit card & account. With no overdraft, and the ability to set up an account to have your bills paid from, it puts you in control of your money. At just £3.50 per month, it can be a lot cheaper than the other alternatives. The Engage digital account is available exclusively to all our Credit Union members, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Say goodbye to high fees and unexpected charges. With Engage, you only ever pay for the services you need. There’s a small monthly account fee and then all other services are provided to you at no cost or low cost.

The Change Account is now replaced with a new account and card called Engage. This is with immediate effect. Existing Change Accounts closed at Midday on Sunday 15th November. We will recover any remaining balance from The Change Account to your Credit Union share account.

All refunds may take up to a maximum of 28 days.
If you are not a member, you will need to apply for membership. Once set up as a member, we will be able to open an Engage account and order you a contactless VISA debit card.
