Engage Account is switching to Suits Me.
Existing Engage Account Holder, you will have received an email from Engage, and a letter from ESLCU detailing the changes.
The deadline to close your Engage Account before automatically switching to Suits Me is the 12th of January 2025.
Please ensure you have the correct address listed with Engage. Your new Suits Me debit card and account details will be automatically sent to the address Engage hold.
If you do not want a Suits Me account, you need to close your Engage Account by the 12th of January 2025. Please contact the Engage Customer Care team by email at info@engageaccount.com to close your Engage Account. If you do not close your Engage Account by 12th January 2025, they will automatically move you over, and assume you have accepted their new terms and conditions, and the new prices. We understand the balance on your Engage card will be automatically transferred to your new Suits Me card.

They will initially place you on the account option they believe will be the most cost-effective for your usage. it is important to work out how much a Suits Me account will cost you, and if it will be better to open a different account.
