We aim to process applications within 3 or 4 working days. At busy times of the year, this may take a little longer.
One of our loan officers will consider the information you have provided and look at:
- Can you afford the repayments?
- Have you had any problems with paying other creditors?
Our loan officer may ask you for additional information, for example; evidence of your income & expenditure. Please look out for an email from our loan officer asking for your Bank Statements to support your application.
Please Note: All applications over £2,000 will be asked to share read-only bank statements.
If you share your bank statements with our loan officer through our trusted and regulated partner, Consents.Online we will be able to process your application more quickly. Please follow the link above to provide the credit union with read-only access to your bank statement. You will need your online banking details. If you have accounts with more than one bank, please grant access to all. Note: We cannot change anything at your bank, and you will be fully in control and can withdraw permission at any time.
