We are holding our 2023 Annual General Meeting online. We would like to use this opportunity for even more of our members to get involved and have their say on how Eastern Savings & Loans Credit Union operates. It should take no longer than an hour of your time, and we are really keen for as many members as possible to get involved this year.

How to get involved
- Request a Zoom meeting link for the online AGM.
Please complete the below form to request a link to the online AGM. Only active members will be sent the link. We will send the link and meeting ID to the email address we have on file. Please call us on 03336 000690 if you need to change your email address with us. We will send the link on Wednesday 15th March at lunchtime. Please look out for it in your emails so you can join us.
- Check you can join a Zoom meeting
Give yourself plenty of time before the meeting on the 15th March to click on the link or use the meeting ID you will be sent. This will enable you to download the Zoom client for the best experience in the online meeting.

- Notify the host you would like to ask a question
When the Chair opens up the meeting to questions from members, you will be able to notify the host you would like to ask a question by the “Raise Hand” option on the bottom toolbar.
- Ratify the accounts
The accounts of the year, ending September 2022, do need to be ratified by the membership and auditors must be appointed for the next year. At this point in the meeting, we will ask you to complete a Zoom “poll” after the presentation of the accounts by the Treasurer. This will include a proposal to pay a dividend.
- Meeting ends
The Chair will complete the Zoom meeting when all items of business have been completed. We welcome your feedback on this years AGM. Please email us at office@eslcu.co.uk after the AGM to let us know your thoughts.
